Change can take years – before it happens all at once.”

Introduction

My name is Ene Ikpebe. I’m an assistant professor in the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy at Florida State University (FSU). My research interests are interdisciplinary across public policy and public management, mainly concerning issues of women’s human capital development. My ultimate goal is to broaden our understanding of women’s development and to emphasize its connection to national development. In the fall of 2022, I am teaching two courses in the Master of Public Administration program at FSU.

I obtained my PhD in Public Administration in 2021 from the American University School of Public Affairs, Washington, DC. My advisor and dissertation committee chair was Bradley L. Hardy

On my website, I will be documenting my experiences as an academic, and sharing my many passions which include books and all things Nigerian history and politics.
